Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We use BrowserStack Live, BStack Automate, and Percy. The use cases are mostly web-based applications, so developing and testing them across various browsers and devices becomes very important. Additionally, including Testing as part of the CI/CD model makes visual testing even more relevant, which is where Percy comes into the picture.

Cross-browser testing was a massive challenge as one had to pay for devices, and emulators can only take you so far. There were issues regarding minor versions of iOS devices, which were resolved after BStack.

SauceLabs was not intuitive. The launch response time was too high. It didn't offer flexibility in debugging, and the other testing features were not easily available.
