As a quality analyst i am using BrowserStack to ensure cross browser and cross device compatibility for the website/application we tests . it helps us to test the responsive of the application and also to test the functionality, UI and performance across various versions and environment. to access the specific device and the os version for some specific issues

Maintain physical device and cross browser testing, no access to real device so we were using emulator to test the sites due to which the testing become slow and the output was not as expected due to testing in emulator. using browser dev tools for responsive testing affected as some issue occurs in real device.
