Browserstack is used to web automation testing of our products. The tool is very easy to use and has enabled us seemless testing. The UI/UX is very beginner friendly so that new trainees also can adopt to use the tool without much training. The recording function is a next level feature which helped us to identify many issue which we couldn't figure out in our automation run for somedays. Since our product is a global product the geo-location testing feature is very useful to use enables us to test in various locations. Since the features and ease of use we purchased BrowserStack and expecting to explore and use more because this tool has made our life easy. The support received from the team is also truly amazing, which gave us more confidence to use BrowserStack. The CI/CD pipelines also can be simplified using BrowserStack which made our processes so simple and easy to operate. Simply this tool is an all in one package which modern technical teams need.

Costed much when we run the tests on pipeline.
Didn't have ability to test our application on different locations.
