Overall Satisfaction with Buffer

Buffer is used by the marketing department for the purpose of scheduling digital marketing content on multiple social media channels with the idea of optimizing for most engagement even when the team is not working. For example, when we need to schedule for when people are commuting and most likely on their phones but also when our team is not at work.
  • Great for posting on multiple social media channels from the same platform.
  • Visibility to posts performance allowing for optimizations.
  • Issues with Instagram integration.
  • Limited analytics for the free version.
2 - Our marketing specialist and owner use the platform!
  • Saves time for our digital team.
  • Allows us to see good performing posts and focus on expanding content like that.
Hootsuite and Buffer are pretty similar. I prefer Hootsuite over Buffer personally because I have used Hootsuite for a longer time in my career.
It is a good tool to use when you want to manage all social media channels from the same place. It saves time so that smaller digital teams to be able to focus on other marketing efforts.
