Overall Satisfaction with Buffer

I've used Buffer at multiple organizations, and it's become my go-to for social media management. It's one of the most affordable options on the market, and it has a user-friendly interface that is easy for me to onboard other managers to take over. It provides decent enough analytics to understand what's performing (and what's not) to inform content strategies and audience engagement.

Pros

  • Easy-to-use interface
  • Great calendar and scheduling features
  • Simple analytics

Cons

  • More integrations with other social media platforms
  • Pricing isn't tailored to soloprenuers
  • Faster workflows
  • Less onboarding time
  • Quicker scheduling
I think Sprout Social and Hootsuite provide more comprehensive tools and analytics, but they have more expensive plans that don't cater to businesses of all sizes. Plus, all of that complexity can make it hard to find what you're looking for. That's where Buffer excels. It's simple and easy to use and it's budget-friendly for small businesses and startups.

Did implementation of Buffer go as expected?

Would you buy Buffer again?

Yes

Buffer is a great, easy-to-use social media management tool. It doesn't do anything new or exclusive, but I love its simplicity and its interface and scheduling features. It really caters to speed and processes rather than comprehensive workflows. It's more affordable than some of its competitors, which is why it's one of my go-to choices.
