Overall Satisfaction with Calendly

We use Calendly for scheduling calls with clients and with advisors to the company. We also use it for scheduling interviews with those who apply for full-time roles at our company.
  • Solid UX
  • Customization (setting up appointment lengths, names of appointments, etc.)
  • Could be more clear on time zones
  • With Calendly it takes less time for our employees to schedule their calls
  • With Calendly it takes less time to schedule with candidates

Calendly is well suited if those you are scheduling with are fairly tech-savvy. Otherwise, people may not want to click on the link. Works very nicely to schedule interviews with people applying to our company (full-time roles).
