Overall Satisfaction with Calendly

I use Calendly to allow peers to self-book a time to talk and meet with me. It's very efficient because it considers different time zones and makes the scheduling easy without exchanging messages to accord a convenient time or day.
  • Schedule Meetings.
  • Confirm Meetings.
  • Send Meetings Reminders.
  • It got a bit more difficult to schedule time with people you haven't connected with. The meeting isn't on the calendar unless the person approves the recipient.
  • Efficiency in Meetings.
  • Clients happy to see when we're available.
Calendly allows you to define different types of appointments (with different time durations), and this is amazing.

Calendly allows one person to have different 'appointments' to be booked. You can offer meetings of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and one hour (for example), and the person who wants to connect with you can choose which one suits her best. It avoids the need to schedule a second time or to finish the subject later.
