Overall Satisfaction with Calendly

We have partner collaboration, a time when our preferred partners can book a time to talk to us. We use it for customers to book video calls for the travel agency experience, invite mass groups to webinars, and create custom events.

Pros

  • Nice and simple GUI.
  • Real time updates.
  • Easy to customise.

Cons

  • Branding could be better.
  • Being able to move things off the screen that are not needed.
  • Time Saver.
  • Cheap licensing.
  • Increased flexibility without having to rely on a CRM for example.
  • No Specialist required.

If I need to speak to somebody, I can send them my link, and they can book time without having to resort to email tennis. We just used it to create an invite for travel partners in the US to go on board the ship, and it has worked flawlessly.
