- CallRail was a great tool for tracking conversions on ppc campaigns.
- The call recording helped to qualify the quality of the leads.
- We had a few downtime issues but they were addressed promptly.
- CallRail allowed us to add a very valuable service to our clients at a very low pricepoint. We did not, but could have marked it up quite a bit and still had satisfied clients.
CallRail had better features and reporting for our needs.
