Overall Satisfaction with Campaign Monitor
We use Campaign Monitor to design and distribute our email marketing campaigns. The software is primarily used by me, the director of marketing, and business development. The software is used as a communication channel to send news, press releases, content, and other information to our clients and business partners. The software also houses our distribution lists and keeps track of individuals who subscribe and unsubscribe from our contact lists.
Pros
- Functional Email Marketing Software to Design and Distribute Email Campaigns.
- Manage Contacts Lists Including Subscribers and Unsubscribers Easily.
Cons
- Added Design Features for Email Marketing Templates.
- More Pre-populated Templates for Email Marketing.
- Time Saving Software
- ROI on Client Satisfaction
In the past, I have used Mailchimp and Constant Contact. Although both of these programs were easy to use, I always had issues with the formatting. The email campaigns would look fantastic in the software, but once they were sent, they would have a lot of formatting issues, spaces, font changes, etc. I don't run into that issue with Campaign Monitor, so I spend a lot less time trying to fix things because they work correctly the first time around.
