Overall Satisfaction with Canto
Our company uses Canto within our Marketing department to house our digital assets. These range from project photos, to stock/branded assets to employee headshots. Canto solves the problem of how to store a wide array of photos with numerous use cases safely/securely and in an organized way.

Our Canto representatives are always very responsive and helpful, even with the most menial of requests. There were some struggles initially, but I have been very impressed with support since taking the product live. It can sometimes take them a few days to get back to you on a request unless you specify urgency.

My team really enjoys using Canto, especially when compared to our previous platform. They like the organization of the assets and ease of searching. As an administrator, I like the ability to create custom fields and workflows for the team. The only real pain point was getting it set up, and that had more to do with how our previous DAM housed data than with Canto itself.
