Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Canto has been a great addition to our internal toolset. We are currently utilizing Canto for general document management for our Marketing department, and Canto portals, which we utilize to deliver two solutions:

Digital Catalog, as a way for our sales team to present our products.
Post Job completion photos to show our customers how our materials or products will look installed.

Canto has aided us well as far as our digital media management is concerned. It integrates well with Adobe products. Provides digital portals so we can carve out folders or albums to display to our customers in a customizable digital portal. The ability to relate photos is a major win for us and has allowed us to combine two of our digital solutions into one. One major thing that is missing is the ability to present a PowerPoint-like presentation, that would be a huge win.
