Overall Satisfaction with Canto

We decided to use Canto to store our assets to make them more easily accessible across departments within the company. It's very easy now to upload assets, store them, and then search and download them. Using Canto means that this process has become more streamline and made asset management easier for everyone.

Pros

  • Tagging: This makes it very easy to store and then search for specific assets
  • Approvals: A great way to ensure that all assets are in the correct place and have the correct information attached to them.
  • Downloading: Images can be cropped, resized etc. directly in Canto - this is a great tool!

Cons

  • I personally haven't experienced any difficulties when using Canto and find the software very easy to use.
  • Easy to use and lots of storage at a fair price.
As someone who uses Canto daily I am always impressed by the ease of use. Everything is well thought out and well placed. It is easy to store and to find assets, easy to tag them and assign them to the correct areas. You can easily update images, create collections and share these with collogues. Overall brilliant software that keeps asset management simple and straightforward.
Customer Support is great, we had a brilliant initial training and customer support is easy to reach if you need help at any time.

If your company uses a lot of assets and needs an easier way to store them, this is a great tool. It is easy to share assets with different teams & to assign assets to different brands within your company. I would recommend Canto to a colleague, or to anyone looking for a solution for easy and effective asset management.
