Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto is used the most by our marketing organization, but it is also helpful for cross-department collaboration. It is easy to use and share with external agencies and internally. Our company stores assets that we share for all of marketing and e-commerce needs, so we were in a need of a platform that makes it easier for us to search and filter through those.

  • UX design could be better.
  • Sometimes the website is quite slow or crashes.
  • Quality of uploaded images is better.
  • Less people needed to be involved in the process.
  • Quicker turnaround time.
The keywords and metadata features are great, but the platform itself could be more user friendly. Also, the website, unfortunately, runs a little bit slow and our company has experienced a few glitches. The Customer Support team has always been quick and very helpful in solving these issues.
Customer Support is always friendly and available and is always quick to jump on any issues we ever have.

Canto is very well suited for an organization that relies a lot on digital assets and needs a better filtering/organizational storage space to be able to go through those quickly. Metadata, tags, and smart tags make it quite easy to search for what you're looking for. If your company is on a smaller scale, you might not need a separate platform to store and share assets.
