Overall Satisfaction with Canto
Canto is used by a department in our organization, for the use of the entire organization. In other words, few people put content in but many take content out. It's a one-stop solution for folks to find the media they need in a timely manner, instead of needing to go to an individual to request access.
- Canto is very user-friendly.
- Metadata management within the system allows for a lot of flexibility and different methods of searching and access.
- A simple user interface makes training all but unnecessary.
- I'd like to see Canto change its metadata mapping for dates, or allow alternate options.
- Not especially relevant to our scenario, but it allows employees' time to be used for other tasks, instead of locating media.

Canto's user interface is much easier to use, more modern-looking, and generally more flexible.
