Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto is used by a select group of employees from all different departments in our company, all around the world. As a global company, we had silos of imagery and digital assets that were lost in various regions across the world. Canto allowed us to bring all of those assets together in one location, maximizing their use and allowing us to see where assets were needed going forward.

  • Easy to find and search for assets
  • Constantly updating the site to provide valuable solutions
  • Less of my time is spent helping others find imagery
  • We have finally organized and centralized our assets.
It is extremely user friendly. Most of our new users require very little, if any, training to get registered and start searching for--and downloading--the assets that they need.
I've had two different account representatives and both have been very knowledgeable and responsive when I ask for help.

Canto is very easy to navigate, even for first-time users. I still find the approval process challenging. The people responsible for approving assets often are not "contributors." They have a consumer license so it is difficult to share assets that are marked "pending" with them.
