Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto is used across the organization to share and store creative assets—photographs, videos. We work across many different countries and territories and it allows all our teams to share and upload content wherever they are in the world.
  • Manual tagging of images.
  • Smart tags.
  • Easy uploading and storing of images.
  • Portal system is very hard to understand.
  • Playback of video files within canto does not always work that well.
  • Multiple users can access.
  • Tags and smart tags.
  • Secure storage.
  • Being able to collate content from our programmes around the world is vital to our communications strategy
Canto outperforms as a platform for curating, storing, and sharing files. However, it does struggle with large uploads over less stable internet connections compared to Dropbox.

Do you think Canto delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Canto's feature set?

Yes

Did Canto live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Canto go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Canto again?

Yes

Excellent if you have multiple users across the world who need to share content with each other and ensure it is safely stored. Where some countries have less stable internet connection Canto does not perform as well in allowing you to leave files uploading in comparison to other platforms such as Dropbox. It's oftentimes out if the upload is taking a long time, meaning you have to start again.
