Overall Satisfaction with Canto
Canto can be used by the entire organization, but is mostly used by the marketing department. Canto provides marketing with quick access to project photos than can be found easily because of Canto's tagging system.
- The tagging system (including smart tags) is great because it gives users the ability to find photos even if you only have vague details of the photo you're looking for.
- Canto lets you seamlessly download photos.
- Nothing I can think of.
- The tagging system is very important as it allows users to find photos easily when little information is available.
- Finding photos with a program like Canto makes finding photos much easier than storing photos in-house. I came from a firm without Canto to a firm that already had it in place, and the there was a big difference.
Canto is simply easier to use. The user experience is much cleaner.
