Overall Satisfaction with Canto
Canto is used for photo storage and sharing and is managed by the College's central marketing team. It's mainly used by my department, but we have a public-facing portal which we can send to other departments who are looking for photos for their own uses. Canto makes it really easy to share photos. Within the Marketing department, we frequently need photos for print materials such as brochures, for the website, and numerous other uses, so we rely on this platform heavily.

The decision wasn't really up to me; it was up to our team's photographer. I actually wanted to use Google Drive initially, just because I thought it would be the easiest option and would integrate well with what we already use, but I have been pleasantly surprised by how easy Canto is to use. I've been very pleased with it.
