Overall Satisfaction with Canto

We use it to store and manage digital assets for our agents. We have three companies and have a portal for each.
  • Nice storage for the price.
  • Easy to manage users.
  • Supports single sign on.
  • Flexible asset data entry.
  • UI is a bit clunky.
  • More templates for design.
  • A way to rest the most downloaded item list.
  • Storing and serving up digital files to specific groups and not others.
  • We have seen value in people accessing assets securely and by linking directly to an asset from a website.
  • Being able to version an asset without getting a new URL.
We rarely need support on this product since it is pretty easy to use after it is set up. Setting up was even pretty simple. When we do need support, they are very reactive and helpful.

If you have files and need to add security around who gets to access what, this is a good solution. The system does well with large file sizes and previews.
