A perfect way to get accurate reviews on applications or sites

Overall Satisfaction with Capterra

Capterra is a good site where you can see reviews for almost every tool used in IT, Programming, Design, Marketing, etc. I use it for personal use and it sometimes helps me to get good ideas of tools we can use at my company. You can see reviews for a wide range of demographics.
  • It has a fast and wide database to search for products/sites.
  • It has a compensation program for reviews.
  • No all the sites or applications listed are accurate to the job you perform.
  • Lets me make a good decision on a new tool.
  • Allows me to cross-check information.
  • No negative impact for using Capterra, all good.
I only know Capterra and TrustRadius but it certainly works similar to TrustRadius. Quora works more like a posting site where you can get information, but Capterra organizes it better while Quora is really hard to identify the pros and cons sometimes.

In my opinion Capterra and TrustRadius are the top in the market of reviewing sites.

If you want to get a good sense of if an application or site will work for you, go to Capterra. You can use it later to cross-check information with other competitors like Quora or TrustRadius. It motivates the reviewers by compensating them with gift cards which I believe makes the reviews more reliable.
