Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Captivate IQ is being used by our Partnerships org to track and confirm commission payouts from our Sales team to our Account Management team. It completely takes the guess work out, provides transparency for our reps and is soooo easy to use.

Pros

  • Confirm Payouts with detailed reports.
  • Easy to use historical reporting/report finding.
  • Discrepancy notes to our SalesOps team

Cons

  • I cannot think of anything.
  • User face is advanced, feels like an expensive experience and it should since we are paying thousands of dollars in commissions.
  • Time saver, so easy to use, has saved time with the monthly reporting we do for commissions.

I love the ability to see each deals details that are reported in Captivate and cross check that with the same report in SFDC, no adding up numbers or crunching number to find the discrepancy. While there are discrepancies, the ability to report them to our SOPs partner is so easy.
