We use CIQ to track performance as well as review the accuracy of the commission payouts. The line item details it provides ensure my team is paid appropriately and can quickly be remedied.

It ensures the team is paid appropriately and in a timely manner. We really only use it for payout reviews but this is important because if employees are not paid correctly, they are not happy.
