Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Makes it incredibly easy for AEs to track their commission payments and quota attainment throughout the year. Any issues / errors can be easily surfaced and resolved with internal stakeholders directly through the tool.

Pros

  • Clearly shows commission payouts and timing
  • Makes it easy to track quota attainment
  • Easy to resolve any issues or errors in payouts

Cons

  • Could make visuals a bit clearer to show commission amounts that will be paid at a later date. Ex: percentage of commissions being paid at contract signing and at launch
  • Definitely increased speed and ease of reviewing payouts
