Overall Satisfaction with CareerBuilder.com
Used for resume sourcing in the recruiting department. The entire department was using it to find candidates throughout the United States.
- You can search degrees
- You can choose industries
- Have a lot of entry level candidates
- Job postings are not worth it, no ROI compared to other sites
- Too expensive for what they offer
- Customer service is poor, you never know who your rep is because it changes frequently
- Resumes
- Very few hires from their site
- Pool of candidates is not robust
- Job postings ROI is awful
Careerbuilder comes in last place on my list with ZipRecruiter and Monster and LinkedIn in top place
