Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint
We use Catchpoint to monitor the health of different services. We can see if any services is down or having other issues like response times got increased and then troubleshoot the issues accordingly. It provides different metrics like scatterplot, waterfall to analyze the graphs and find any pattern. We can also disable the alerts in case of any maintenance.

Cons
- The metrics section is not very user friendly
- Fewer outages
- Increased customer experince
- earlier detection of potential issues
