Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint

We use Catchpoint to monitor the health of different services. We can see if any services is down or having other issues like response times got increased and then troubleshoot the issues accordingly. It provides different metrics like scatterplot, waterfall to analyze the graphs and find any pattern. We can also disable the alerts in case of any maintenance.

It is well-suited for monitoring the overall health of the application with different dashboards. Also well-suited for planned maintenance, we can easily disable the false alerts during that window and then enable them again. It's less appropriate to troubleshoot specific user sessions and doesn't provide complete error logs.
