The Analysts in Catchpoint support are super responsive and knows their tool very well The transition went for a couple of months where we had weekly reviews with CP support they made it smoother and [know] we can almost monitor anything from catch point which is the coolest thing chat support is also a good feature where you get a quicker response.
Within 2 months we were completely moved to Catchpoint Application is simple, reliable, and faster, There was not even a single downtime in the span of almost 2yrs has a more advanced breakdown of metrics and waterfall summary, Scree capture, and filmstrips are awesome.
