Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint

When you are handlings or monitoring more then 20k servers you need proactive mentoring which includes proactive performance monitoring Real user monitoring network application monitoring and that what Catchpoint does to make my job easy in my organisation. As application performance engineer i need my synthetic monitoring very strong and Catchpoint provides me that functionality. Using Catchpoint synthetic monitoring i do run my application very smoothly and i get to know my application health and uptime.

After purchasing this product, we have installed in our organisation and we started getting the results as expected as we know that Catchpoint is a very powerful tool and easy to set up once the installation has been done. We have configured the monitoring and we started the result which we expected if we talk about timeframe within three months we have started getting our results compared to other product which we previously using called operational press manager. It has a complex installation and architecture as compare to the Catchpoint where Catchpoint provides less complex architecture. That’s the reason we have shifted to Catchpoint and it gives us the result which we expect.
is always a crucial task for any product which is available in market, but if I compare the point with other products, sketch point has a Customer support for their vendors. They have their own portal where we can raise our concerns and get the resolution very early from their support. Support portal is very easy to use. If you are new to this tool, it will be easy for you to get customer support from Catchpoint.
Compare Catchpoint with the side score, Catchpoint gives us some more feasibility regarding monetary as point provides both agent based and agent less monitoring, but side to provide us some agent with monetary, so that’s the major difference between both these tools. Also scope has a complex architecture. Compare to the Catchpoint is the reason Catchpoint is better than the site scope to which I have recently.

Catchpoint provides integration with other platform like ITSM service now ticketing tools which ultimately create an direct impact on organisation where we can save lots of time as well ase we can actively track down the issue. Also the kind of monitoring verity Catchpoint provides it covers all your organisational needs. Where you can save lost of cost paying on others tools.
