Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint
We use content periodically, which creates an issue where some regions' pages don't display as expected. These issues are spotted well using CP tests.
Pros
- Testing from scattered nodes across globe.
- Real user monitoring.
- Running frequent tests as sanity while release.
Cons
- Screenshots are captured, but some time not able to see.
- Ability to pause longer time to see page loaded or next action required.
- Navigation and searching for tests (low priority): For example, when we go to a scattered graph, we can't use the back tab.
- Detailed revenue not calculated.
- But as a functionality check and availability, it improved platform availability and spotted issues.
Easy to set up and documentation available is good Platform availability improvement is what we see as quick observation.

We see limited options while adding tests on mentioned compared to CP.
