Being a Pocket friendly ATS it helps from Recruiting a Candidate from difeerent job portals to Tracking the candidates status. The integration feature with different job portals gives a upper hand rather than switching from one portal to another.

The ability to do a Boolean Search through an integarted search is one of the best feature available in Ceipal.
You can have resumes from different job portal under one search and in one page.
Searching resumes is the backbone of recruitment but sometimes it gives result which are not relavant to the search making it difficult to filter the resumes.
