In my case, I use Ceipal ATS daily to find good and suitable candidates for our requirements. This Ceipal platform is very useful because it shows many candidates. Most resumes are quality resumes, day by day we use this ATS platform to find candidates. This platform is very helpful in finding suitable candidates at the right time.
- Ceipal combine Dice, monster and CareerBuilder.
- It is very useful to find candidates at right time.
- It always show quality profiles and good candidates.
- Credits are low, if you provide more credits it would be helpful.
- We are not able to open more profiles, because of View credits.
- Some resumes are empty.
- My number of placements is 40.
- I hired 60+ candidates by using this platform.
- It always give a positive impact to me.
AI candidate matching is a good feature. I get email notifications on a daily basis, and it was helpful. I really understand the job. Requirements and giving us quality resumes.
