Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

Ceipal ATS tool is very useful to find out the right person for the job requirements. It provides lot of option like integrated search. It provides multiple job portals like dice, career builder, monster, etc,. It provides option like radius search, depends on relocation willingness, and expected pay. By using these, we quickly find the right talent for the job opportunity.

Pros

  • Ceipal integrated search
  • Mass mail option
  • filter to find out correct candidate using the search
  • by using active candidates filters we can find out the right candidates

Cons

  • in some portal, candidate did not mention the expected pay
  • sometimes Ceipal facing issues, but most of the times it helps me a lot
  • sometimes messages are undelivered due to mismatch in email ids
  • It provides applicants tracking system
  • by using this we can manage the placement records
  • also we can blocklist the candidates who is not available or any issue
  • it provides the job posting like dice posting, CB posting and free job posting
  • provides job application for all job which we posted on Ceipal
Ceipal ATS provides lot of option to reduce the manual effort, it provides massmail option, integrated search, refine search, mail merge option, send bulk sms, etc. By using these option, we can easily get the right candidate for the job opportunity. Also it provides 30 days search, 7 days search, active candidates who are looking job recently.

By using Ceipal, within a few minutes I have found out the right talent for one job opportunity. by using location filter, I received his response and he is local also. Ceipal provides a right talent by using the boolean strings. It is a niche skill. But we found out the right person and closed that opportunity. It is very useful to find the right talent whatever the job they give.
