Easy to handle.. keywords that matches the resume.. getting more number of resume which is equal to resumes. The number of resumes is higher than we expected. Happy to use the Ceipal ATS. Best ever platform that I've used recently in the recruiting field. The resumes are correct with the profiles.

The candidates who previously worked with the candidates are available, which is so easy to take and submit the profile to the client directly.. it takes closure and is more helpful.

All are good.. Monster, dice, and Career Builder software are available in the ceipal ATS so, more helpful to get the resumes in the simplest way. Rather than that, getting similar profiles within the TAT and we can able to do submissions and getting closure at the earliest. The quality of the profiles is rich.

Everything is good at the moment.. we used dice, Monster, and career builder in the separate way.. by the Ceipal, we all are the same way, and it is easy to have the candidates and get placement. Time management has occurred, which is more helpful to get the resumes in a similar way.
