This helps us to manage a huge database in internal DB and solves the problem of logging in to different job portals to search and post. Here we can do candidate search and do job posting on multiple portals at once, That's the major advantage of using Ceipal as ATS.

Yes, getting AI matching candidates after job posting helps us but not in a very efficient manner. Some candidates are not matching the skill set, so it definitely needs improvement when it comes to the AI part, but the answer to your question, indeed its efficient and will be more if we enhance the quality.
We used job boards and 6sense but 6sense is not much user friendly when compared to Ceipal, 6sense also doesn't have any internal DB / Mass mailing options / Candidate tracking. We can just use it as a candidate searching tool
