Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

In Ceipal ATS, it is very Useful ATS which help to finding the candidate, sourcing the candidate with great filters, in which we put job location, job title, from the use of ceipal, we can say it is perfect ATS.

Pros

  • The Mail Merge feature.
  • Filters based Selections.
  • Sourcing the Consultant.

Cons

  • Many of time resume doesn't show preview.
  • From our point of view there is no cons.
  • We are using 3+ years but we can't find any difficulties.
  • It is the best or excellent for contract or Full time recruiting.
  • The UI is very understanding and simple to see.
  • We can integrate multiple Job boards in i.e CB, DICE, MONSTER.
We have integrated the Job boards and Employer or Consultant Emails in the mAss mail Feature. It provides an advantage search in which we put more filters to get good/excellent profiles of consultants.
In all terms, this ATS is perfect, and from its use, we can get enough quality and quantity submissions on particular skills as well as niche skills; this ATS helps a lot, and our full organization is using it. We also recommend only Ceipal as compared to JOB DIVA, BULL HORN.
We can't get any quality profiles in B.ll Horna, and there are so many leggings, so we are switching to Ceipal.

In ceipal ATS, the mail merge function is excellent and makes different and unique from other ATSs; in Ceipal, we can go up to 999 Emails in one go. This means we merge 999 email IDs in one go, which is a lot, and it is perfect ATS.
