Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

Ceipal ATS is our primary tool for Recruitment.

Sourcing profile through integrated portals
Sourcing profile to internal database
Flashing the email in one click to thousands of candidates

Pros

  • Bulk email
  • Can source profile in multiple portals in same time
  • Candidates tracker
  • Saving recruiters and account managers time

Cons

  • Tough to find immigration wise filter in Ceipal ATS internal database
  • Few features are missing when we integrate portals in Ceipal ATS like Dice.. We can send automated response to dice applicant
  • Unable to find candidates as per strings.. sometimes if we search Java developer we will get Project Manager also
  • Closure ratio is almost double after start using Ceipal ATS
  • Personalized bulk email is helping recruiters to get quick response..
  • Candidate status, Job Status, interview status. We can filter everything separately
  • Definitely big asset any staffing companies. We can manage even if we don't have job portals. As we have internal database which is accessable to whole company
  • Few features are not user friendly like sending RTR through Ceipal ATS
We are using Microsoft Teams for internal communication.

Because of Ceipal ATS Software integration option we don't need to use multiple applications in our system.

We can open Ceipal ATS and check all the status
Manual Sourcing directly through portal is really hectic.. Same candidate used to post their resumes multiple times. While we are in the hurry of finding candidates within turnaround time. We may click same candidate profiles multiple times and it cost in dollars. We can avoid such thing using our Ceipal ATS definitly
Zoniac is not a user friendly tool to track whole candidate status like, submissions, interview and availability

JobDiva also offering similar option but we are unable to integrate applications in it

Ceipal ATS is giving all the basic and important features to save recruitment process time and most of the Ceipal ATS users addressing all the client openings within turnaround time

Bulk emailing options is very very useful for Recruitment. When turn around time is matters for Recruitment, we can connect with thousands of candidates in one click.

We can submit profiles within short span of time when we compare to direct portal search. We can avoid duplicate work using resume tagging option.
