Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

We used for Sourcing, screening, submitting and interview then Onboarding the candidates. make a dashboard of data visualization of recuriters performance

Pros

  • Easy to Sourcing and submitting the candidates
  • Updating the candidate Client and End client interviews
  • Very user friendly for resume migration and vendor database management

Cons

  • Hard search the candidate to use in emails
  • Need to show Atleast 200 applicant for each page
  • Very hard to find perticular location based candidate
  • It is very Important impact on organization revenue
  • My organization mostly Trusted on this Ceipal ATS. It is Good ROI
  • Only nagative is Its make a get a improper data
We need to Integrated the Github and some other job portals like Naukuri etc
Its makes easy some tasks compare to previous years. Client submission and resume submission and interview update is very easy
