Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
Celonis shows to us the process flow analysis of our billing process. With [the] support of Celonis we can identify some process gaps and space for process simplification but at the same time [we can also] see [the] financial impact of such a change. It takes some time to customize the data model of Celonis to our company data flows, but such an effort is surely worth doing.

- Breakdown of process inefficiencies to all details needed.
- Celonis is limited by the data from the systems = it can be as good, as data in the system (and this cannot be overcome).
- Celonis is limited to process steps done in the system = cannot capture manual work out of the system (and this cannot be overcome).
