Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
Celonis is used across most of our SBG's for various reporting, analytical, and process improvement initiatives. Our primary business cases involve analysis of cycle times within various processes.
- Visualizing detailed process flows.
- Slicing and dicing of large amounts of data.
- The SQL editor in the IBC version is awful.
- Migration of certain SAP tables just do not work (BSEG). This required a lot of rework.
- The IBC front end for data migration does not organize objects very well. The amount of clicking, scrolling, etc. is a waste of time.
- I would say it's been positive for some areas. It was used for an invoice payment analysis that helped us focus on high dollar invoices that were very late.
- It has been useful in identifying lags in cash application.
Celonis allowed us to view some of our major processes in a way that was previously not possible. A picture is worth a thousand words and visualizing the process and bottlenecks is invaluable.
