Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

Process Mining Consulting: Creation of new and developed use cases [for] customers in different industries and business areas. Objectives:
  1. Process Transparency & Visualization.
  2. Improvement of KPIs.
  3. Reduction of process variants/standardization Scope: mainly P2P/AP/O2C/AR initially, [afterward] often Production/Logistics, etc.
  • Enablement through trainings (Celonis Academy).
  • General overview of process variants with variant/process explorer.
  • User interface.
  • UI: scaling of text/KPIs (cut offs).
  • Overview of user adoption (logins, user activity) also for consulting services.
  • Automatic creation of a dashboard for technical documentation/KPI definitions that are implemented.
  • No results allowed to share (mainly ROI based on manual work and automation in any process and in Finance based on improvements of payment terms and payment behavior).
Awareness of as-is process, analyze deviations in process, benchmark divisions, support for S/4Hana Migration, etc.

Well suited: Compared to other Process Mining technologies big advantages in Value Realization and [actually] implementing solutions and actions that support the customer in daily business.
Less appropriate: As BPM tool to define target processes and measure the actual difference to the as-is process.
