Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We are currently implementing the tool as the main use, reporting and analytics tool for our operations (Credit & collections / Billing) team
Pros
- The tool is incredibly helpful for providing insights towards process improvement
- The level of data capture is very impressive and aggregating this data for wide-level review
- The tool can impressively link up to multiple systems to provide end - to - end process mapping info
Cons
- Perhaps more prescribed data point captures as so we remove the room for era in collating this data
- Again, perhaps prescribed " default" options for certain systems that it works with regularly
- #N/A - unable to answer this
We have picked Celonis in addition too rather than instead of
as mentioned previously by assisting in aggregating the reporting and improving the level of opportunity for creating bespoke reporting around requirements
