Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

We use it for a number of process reports and insights. We are in the process of creating numerous dashboards to extract KPIs in real-time rather than snapshots. We are doing this for many procure-to-pay processes to determine if we're following process or deviating as well as being able to report on our metrics.

Pros

Cons

  • Easier join functionality between disparate tables
  • Reduced the amount of manual work
  • Easier visuals than dumping data into Excel
Celonis' support was valuable and aided us in achieving the data collection we needed
We can view our processes and deviations more clearly than we would be able to by manually extracting our data and trying to make sense of it

The configurability of Celonis is just right for this product. You can map out your required tables, execute your database management, and manipulate your required data as needed.
Engaging the Celonis engineers is invaluable as they will help set up the connections and build out the original data structure to ensure all data mapping is complete
