Celonis - a great and powerful tool for hr processes

Celonis is our provider for getting insights into processes. We use it to analyze our business process to discover, analyze and improve our HR and finance processes for the global organisation. With the use of Celonis we are able to get architects of our own service processes. The management uses Celonis to decide and act on business critical events.

Celonis has a great academy that helps different roles to get to know Celonis and improve their skills. From a simple business user to a business analyst up to a data scientist everyone can access learning material and can improve their skillset. The academy helps to onboard new user and to quickly gain insights on new products an features (e.g. ocpm).

Through Celonis we provided executional excellence in our compliance and quality management. We are scanning our HR system towards quality issues and directly route them inside of Celonis to our operations. This reduced the time to resolve from 30 days to 1 day. We also got a much higher payroll accuracy towards Celonis with tracking of our payment mismatches and fixing them before paying the employee.
