Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
Analyzing HR Service processes/x-raying ServiceNow. We have built a global tool that for the first time allows HR service centers to map their processes and additionally benchmark against their fellows. We aim at identifying already in place best practices and sharing them across our global organization. Furthermore, we hope to support in identifying process deficiencies.

We are using the online Review and Interpret analysis course as a mandatory training for business user to be onboarded to our Celonis application. Additionally, we continuously use the training ourselves for new hired developers and to be well-informed about new Celonis features and topics like OOPM (Object oriented process mining)
Besides analyzing our global service processes, we have additionally taken advantage of the opportunity of the action flows and action engine before. We analyze our HR ERP system closely and defined a couple of scenarios and actions that allow us to save time, improve services and save costs. Our stakeholders were really impressed by the quickness and performance.
