In our oeganization we use Celonis for order management. The scope is to deal with large unfulfilled orders

Celonis is better in every sense of process mining
Yes they help but for instance the licensing structure could be more advertised, linear and easy to follow
Helped in reducing the number of unfullfilled orders by using action flows to serve as reminders
