Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We used Celonis in the Organization Management and Business Analytics one for analyze the different business areas on several point of views with the main goal to understand what are the "grey areas" in which we can go deeper for trasform inefficiencies in something with added value.
Often if you think to your flows and processes with different point of views, you can find something that could be better adressed and, sometimes, weakness points become strenght points.
With Celonis, in few words, you can imagine different flows and the effects after a flow review so you can easily decide if the adoption of the change's idea works or not.

Pros
- Redraw processes taking into account different point of views
- Have a clear and easy vision for the results after a potential change/improvement
- Put process in order when there are some confused steps, especially when there is a lack of competence between one step of the process and another one
Cons
- When you are at the beggining of your analysis, you can put into the platform only some types of data format; so you have to adjust your resources before upload them
- It is not cheaper in terms of maintenance
- Internal business flows are more efficient and well organized. So a positive impact is in terms of internal costs (that are reduced, because you cut some flow steps that are really not needed)
- When you have a more organized flow, clients are more satisfied, and you can see this in an increasing NPS
- People inside the company have perception that the process is more fluent, so they work better and this can be seen with the IMIX and IMEI
Celonis is well presented and has a lot of resources for learn also autonomously how to set the platform at least for the main/principal functions. So it is quite easy to understand and to set up at the beginning.
Moreover it is a platform already adopted by several strategic consulting companies that can help you to understand the real potential of the platform/instrument.
At the end of the day I think these characteristics are a plus and it is something that other competitors don't have.

The resources provided by Celonis ABSOLUTELY help customers to understand the potential of the instrument/platform.
I think the training sessions are well prepared and easily to understand (personally I learn a lot following these lessons), because you have the possibility to pratcice into the platform before to adopt it.
Moreover, the training session are structured with different levels and at the end of one of these, you achieve a kind of certification (like a "diploma") and in my opinion this is something that incentivize people to understand and improve every day more.

Celonis supported (and it is still supporting) digital transformation first helping us to understand where we have to focus to improve efficiency. But not only because with it we can check/observe the business flow with different perspectives and every time there is something new in which we go deeper.
Understand if a step of the flow is needed or not and if we can replace it, redesign it or not is a must, and understand immediately the consequencied of potential solutions give you the possibility to decide in a very fast way.
