We are using Celonis in order to get deeper insights for our processes.
We try to get a better understanding of our processes based on actual data and application logs and not on assumptions and estimations.
The ultimate purpose of this is to identify potential issues or bottlenecks, improve our processes and find proper automation candidates.

Data extraction possibilities were much more restrictive in Signavio in comparison to Celonis.
Not sure for the rest of the features but for us it was very important for the process mining tool to provide straightforward connectivity possibilities to multiple data sources.

Initial training are very insightful and help you get onboarded and start utilizing the tool pretty fast.
Celonis support is also very helpful for beginners.
For advanced trainings, the training sessions are more appropriate.
