Celonis is our swiss army knife for HR digitalization

HR Service Processes- like Payroll, EDA, Quality mgmt. checks. We are using Celonis as a high-powered tool for data analysis on a broad variety of data sets from our HR systems, like EDA, payroll, travel expenses, etc. Celonis is giving us the opportunity to see relationships and correlations in the data between different systems and entities that our (legacy) HR systems are not able to foresee. This way, we can e. g. stop payment of an employee in a case where employees are already leaving the company.

Celonis has a great academy that we regularly suggest our business partners to use in order to gain the maximum benefit from the apps. Additionally, we use the academy ourselves to stay up to date on new trending topics and functionalities like AI. Overall, we feel very supported by all the material but also staff on the ground who provide immense support to fill our needs.

Celonis is everywhere for us - though having already had a quite substantial automation program - Celonis has offered us ways to act on data that we could never achieve with other tools, like high-performing dashboards, action flows based on near-real-time-data, retrieving entire systems within short amount of time...
