Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is being used for all of our HR needs throughout our organization. It has enabled us to eliminate additional vendors since it is a comprehensive, all-in-one product.
  • It has made our payroll processing at least twice as fast.
  • The benefits module is robust, yet simple to use. It is another huge time saver.
  • I know it seems silly, but having the employee's profile picture in the system, actually helps tremendously and assists with getting to know employees, remembering their names, etc.
  • I think that the recruiting module has room for improvement. I used a different vendor for this portion of HR in the past, and it was much easier to use. On the bright side, I heard the in the next upgrade, Ceridian will be addressing some of these issues.
  • Ceridian is constantly upgrading its product. I LOVE this about them, but it does take some time to get used to new modules when they are released.
  • Their reporting module is rough. It's hard to create your own reports and when reports are run, they come out funky. This is supposed to be addressed in their next upgrade as well.
  • We have definitely saved money by not having to use several different vendors since Dayforce is an all-in-one product.
  • Dayforce has streamlined our payroll process.
  • Dayforce has made open enrollment for our benefits way easier to use/update.
Overtime is completely automated within payroll.
Dayforce has a very easy to create ACA reporting tool.
The real time clocks have absolutely helped in managing scheduling and attendance issues. Also, the real time payroll (earning statements viewing capability) has helped tremendously.
Just the ease and simplicity of only having to use one program.
Ceridian is EXCELLENT at supporting their Live customers. Their support team is always helpful and professional. We didn't have the best luck with our implementation team, but their customer support team more than makes up for that. Constant updates and upgrades to the system show their dedication to customer satisfaction.

1 - We haven't completely rolled out Dayforce to all users. So for now, I am the in-house support - my role is HR Manager.

  • We can easily track contracted/temporary workers by enrolling them in the system without gathering any PPI
  • Once we can utilize the mobile app, we can do many things for employees that have been manual
  • Once we roll out the Onboarding module - we will save TONS of money in paper alone
Because it is an extraordinary product. It truly is all-in-one and has saved our company so much time. It is cumbersome to start, but if you have time to devote to it, it can be customized to meet almost all of your needs. Not only is a great product, but the support that Ceridian provides is unparalleled to any other organization that I've dealt with. They listen to their customers feedback and strive to always be the best.

We already had a long standing relationship with Ceridian and were familiar with their team.
I'm not sure I would change it.
