Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is used throughout the organization. for both hourly and salaried employees. The system combines major people functions in one platform, eliminating multiple system logins.

  • Reporting function is difficult and sometimes requires advanced SQL knowledge
  • Onboarding system needs to evolve
Allows you to automate compliance with labor union rules, state tax withholding, overtime policies, healthcare eligibility, etc.
Dayforce is a good solution for growing midsize companies with medium to high complexity.
